New Wife Tuna Salad


5 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
4 (6 ounce) cans tuna, drained
1 stalk celery, chopped
1/2 cup chopped sweet onion
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon honey mustard
2 tablespoons dill pickle relish
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt


In a large bowl, combine the cucumber, onion and fennel. In a jar  with a tight-fitting lid, combine the remaining ingredients; shake  well. Pour over cucumber mixture and toss to coat. Refrigerate until  chilled.
